Obi-Wan Kenobi will return for more episodes. When can fans expect to watch episode 3: Part III?

What an exciting time to be a Star Wars fan, especially those of the prequel era. Ewan McGregor is back as the Jedi Master, Obi-Wan Kenobi.  He’s returned with his very own self-titled Disney+ series, with the first two episodes having premiered on the streaming service at once. While there will always be some toxicity in the Star Wars fandom, reception of the series thus far has been overwhelmingly positive.

Set about 10 years after Revenge of the Sith and about 9-10 years before A New Hope, Obi-Wan Kenobi takes a look at Kenobi’s life while he’s been self-exiled on Tatooine, looking after Luke Skywalker from afar. If you’ve already seen the first two episodes, you know that he’s up to a bit more than that now. Eager for the third episode? Here’s when you can expect to watch it.

When does Obi-Wan Kenobi Season 1 Episode 3 Part III come out?

The third episode of Obi-Wan Kenobi, titled “Part III”, will be released on Disney+ on Wednesday, June 1st. While the first two installments were released a few hours early, it’s expected the series will stick with the usual premiere at 12:00 AM PT/3:00 AM ET.

Initially, the series was expected to premiere on Wednesday, May 25th, however, the show was shifted to Friday, May 27th. With the move, Lucasfilm/Disney+ decided to debut both episode 1 and episode 2 together. Further, the night of its release, it was announced that the episodes would drop 3 hours earlier (9:00 PM PT/12:00 AM ET). With Stranger Things 4 and Star Wars Celebration officially in the rearview mirror, it looks like Obi-Wan Kenobi will stick with the usual Disney+ release schedule.
