The opening of the Friends-inspired Central Perk Coffeehouse is being announced by WARNER BROS. Themed Entertainment and CENPER Holdings for 2023.
Warner Bros. Themed Entertainment with CenPer Holdings, LLC, a group of business professionals from the coffee, specialty food and beverage, hospitality, and entertainment industries — including Top Chef and multiple James Beard Foundation Award Winner Tom Colicchio — couldn’t be more thrilled to announce Central Perk Coffeehouse, a contemporary coffeehouse modeled after Central Perk from the popular TV series, Friends, opening its first location in Los Angeles. The Central Perk Coffeehouse, which shares the same heart and soul as the show’s iconic location, will be a gathering spot for fans (and friends) to unwind and catch up over delicious food and coffee.
Friends fans are familiar with Central Perk as the meeting location for Rachel, Monica, Phoebe, Joey, Chandler, and Ross—the ultimate hangout area—where the crew spent a lot of their free time talking and creating memories. In 2023, a modernized version will actually open its doors after 28 years.
Central Perk is more than just a coffeehouse, it was a home away from home for our six favorite Friends. Working closely with the CenPer Holdings team in creating this fresh, yet familiar environment, we’re looking forward to giving fans a Central Perk of their own—coffeehouses that captures the heart of the show while delivering a first-class coffee experience.Peter van Roden, SVP of Warner Bros. Themed Entertainment

First and foremost, Kev is a dad to three wonderful children. He’s also an uber Kevin Smith fan (all Smith’s movies are worth a watch, even Yoga Hosers) who has cried during Kermit’s monologue in The Muppets and once owned two VHS copies of Spice World. He loves all pop culture, particularly the MCU and Star Wars. The Evil Dead franchise is his favorite horror franchise, though the original Scream is his favorite scary movie. He bleeds Eagle’s green in the (suburbs of the) greatest city on Earth, Philadelphia. Go Birds!
