Dark Fantasy Promo – The God’s Cross World

Greetings travelers, and welcome to a new week in the Otherworld.  We’re starting things off today with an episodic story that is still ongoing, leaving readers with plenty of opportunities to wonder just what surprises await around the corner.  In this dark fantasy, you’ll have to wonder if you’ve found yourself in The God’s Cross World.

Author Angusink has been at work on his dark fantasy for several months, and The God’s Cross World has only shown its grit and grime since then.  It’s not a story for the faint of heart, showing the dastardliness of men and the monsters humanity can become.  At the same time, Angusink shows that not even the celestial forces in the clouds are altogether bright and cheery, with darker shades of grey taking the place of the alabaster we’ve come to expect over time.  Throughout the story, the driving force, and ultimately the reason to read on, is to find out just how far the depravity of humans and the divine alike will sink.

As the world spirals deeper into chaos, where the unimaginable has become reality and the impossible has become routine, a young boy by the name of Adam rises up from the ashes of a broken world. In a world where mutants hide in fear, ancient powers stir in the shadows, and the gods themselves wage war, Adam stands alone, driven by a singular purpose, to carve his own path through the madness.

With the weight of the world on his shoulders, Adam sets out on a journey to venture through this vast land, a journey that will take him to the darkest corners of the world, and beyond. In a world where nothing is as it seems, Adam must navigate treacherous waters and overcome impossible odds to achieve his goal, for in this world, the rules no longer apply to him.

This is a tale of revenge, of redemption, of sacrifice. It is a story that will grip you from the first page and not let go, a journey that will take you on a rollercoaster ride of emotions, from the depths of despair to the heights of triumph. Keep an eye on the boy for me.

Of course, for every story where there is darkness, there has to be something reflecting light out at the reader, and some of it can be found even in the dingy, gloomy life that surrounds some of the main characters.  It’s here, where readers will see flashes of vulnerability and a heck of a lot of wit and roguish charm, that the storyteller really excels in showing off his battered world to his audience.  AngusInk’s work is ongoing, and you never know what shocking new twists lay in wait for you, or his characters.  Check out The God’s Cross World on Wattpad today!
