Ms. Marvel Episode 1 Runtime: How Long is the Season Premiere?

Ms. Marvel is here! How long is the latest MCU series premiere episode?

Remember the days when we had to wait for the next comic book movie? That’s not a complaint! We love that there is so much love for comic books and comic book movies these days. If you’re a Marvel fan, we’ve been filled with something from the MCU for a while now. In just under 17 months, we’ve had:

• WandaVision
• The Falcon and the Winter Solider
• Loki
• Black Widow
• What If…?
• Shang-Chi and the Legends of the Ten Rings
• The Eternals
• Hawkeye
• Spider-Man: No Way Home
• Moon Knight
• Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness
  and now
• Ms. Marvel

That’s 12 properties TV/Film projects for the MCU. If we go a full 2 years from when Phase 4 started, we’ll end up with another 3 TV series/specials and 2 movies—that’s 17 properties in 2 years! That doesn’t even include any tie-in material, video games, or the source material itself!

With the current project, Ms. Marvel, we’re going to be introduced to a brand new hero in the MCU. One that most of us can probably relate to—Kamala Kahn is a HUGE Avengers fan, just like us! Just how does Kamala go from super fan to superhero? We’re about to find out!

How long is Ms. Marvel Season 1 Episode 1?

Ms. Marvel’s premiere episode clocks in at 49 minutes, which is about average for a premiere episode of any MCU TV series—only Loki‘s premiere has clicked in longer this far. It’s also about average for most MCU episodes, with the exception of WanadaVision and What If…? (those two series averaged slightly under).

Debuting on Disney+ Wednesday, June 8th, at 12:00 AM PT and 3:00 AM ET, Ms. Marvel will be rubbing elbows with the rest of the MCU before we know it!
