Fantasy Promo – Summoner: Tales from the LegendNomad

Howdy folks, and welcome to another episode of “Live from the Otherworld”, where we take a look at other authors incredible stories, and dive into their worlds they’ve crafted.  It’s been a great week for tale tourism, and we’re ending with a great fantasy, Summoner: Tales from the LegendNomad.

Dalton A. Carmon delivers a spectacularly intricate story with rich lore and interesting characters in Summoner: Tales from the LegendNomad.  With storyline elements that seem inspired by eastern Asian mythology, this fantasy has an exotic feel to it.  But make no mistake, Carmon makes it his own, and elevates it with his creativity and great care in developing the relationship with the characters.

Summoners, individuals who are upstanding guardians of the peasants, can call forth Elemental Spirits from nature. They live and thrive with their traditions, but for every day there is a night. The Kakusa are deadly warriors of the dark. Family and devotion are their creeds. As one great war reaches a climax, another begins when a group of ruthless killers emerges from the shadows, working for an unknown goal.

Delving into these mysterious groups is Eclipse, a Summoner with one passion; to prove he is worthy. But having always stood in the shadow of his prodigy brother, Sol, Eclipse will have to Sacrifice more than he can possibly imagine if he is to find peace. Meanwhile, Sol’s desire is simple; to bring peace to his people and to have his brother by his side once more.

Summoner tells the story of these brothers, this land, and the war that threatens to tear them apart.

Carmon’s mythological fantasy is exceptionally enjoyable, and readers will no doubt love the passion and care that the author has placed upon the world.  With characters you don’t want to part from, and a plot with creative twists and turns, his debut fantasy is one you won’t want to miss.  Check out Summoner: Tales from the LegendNomad on Amazon today!
